Lara French, MA, LMHC, Santa Fe

Lara is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep-rooted commitment to personal growth and healing. Originally from Southern California, Lara now calls Santa Fe home, a place she and her family have come to love for its unique culture and spirit.

After raising four children, Lara pursued her passion for psychology and returned to school to earn her Master’s in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Jungian Psychology, at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. As an LMHC, she applies her expertise in supporting individuals on their journeys of personal transformation.

Drawing from her training in Jungian Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Lara offers a humanistic approach that is both empathetic and results-driven. She is dedicated to helping individuals expand their self-awareness, improve relationships, and create meaningful changes in their lives.

Lara believes in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance, one built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. Her goal is to walk alongside each client as they navigate their path toward healing and personal fulfillment, encouraging them to embrace their authentic selves and live with greater purpose.
