This training will provide participants with an overview of state and national requirements for providing telehealth and telephonic behavioral health services. Specific areas of focus will include HIPPA and 42 CFR requirements and legal and ethical concerns including privacy, security, and providing services in rural and remote areas. This online training requires a working camera and microphone to attend. (3 CEUs)
