DBT Skills Group For Adults

DBT is a proven intervention that helps individuals learn coping skills for intense, unmanageable emotions and urges, and to develop more effective communication. This group meets weekly online and is open to adults 18 or older who want to be more mindful, improve relationships, and build a life worth living. Skills modules include Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Sessions will use the DBT Skills Training Manual which includes weekly worksheets designed to help members practice their skills.
