Adam grew up in Española, graduated from EVHS and has an MA in Counseling from UNM. He has over twenty years of experience as a therapist, clinical director and supervisor. Most recently Adam has been providing clinical services with Serna Solutions, The Life Link and Northern New Mexico College. Adam has been active in promoting substance abuse and mental health treatments that exhibit a balance of evidence-based, best practice models with a culturally appropriate and holistic approach. Much of his clinical work prioritizes treating co-occurring disorders, with a focus on addiction, trauma, PTSD depression and anxiety. He has extensive training and experience working with adults, adolescents and families.
