Marianne Gamble is a compassionate counselor who specializes in helping children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions with greater resilience and self-understanding. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed and holistic care, she supports clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, life changes, and the lasting impact of past experiences.
She brings extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Emotional Processing (MBSEP), Progressive Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to her work, offering clients practical tools and creative, experiential paths to healing. Her approach is grounded in mindfulness, informed by decades of personal meditation and yoga practice, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
With 28 years of experience as an educator and as the mother of two teenagers, Marianne brings deep insight into the emotional world of children, adolescents, and families. She understands the developmental, academic, and relational pressures young people face and works closely with parents and caregivers to foster healthy communication and emotional growth.
Marianne views the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for change. She walks alongside her clients with warmth and respect, helping them build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in the beauty of nature through hiking, gardening, and walking our dog. Music and art serve as my creative outlets, fueling my love for self-expression and mindfulness. These pursuits reflect my belief in the power of creativity and the outdoors to rejuvenate the spirit and foster a sense of well-being.
