Leadership Training (Part 1): Only Bernalillo County Staff will be accepted in this workshop.
Supervision is equal parts clinical expertise, administrative oversight, and mentoring. This workshop will explore different models of leadership development. Our approach believes that leadership at its essence is connecting with others while guiding them in a particular direction. It honors autonomy and opens the door for your supervisees to use their strengths to provide the highest quality care that they can provide.
