Ms. Evans has been working at Serna Solutions since 2019, where she serves as a therapist, supervisor, trainer, and internship coordinator. Prior to this role, she worked at PMS Santa Fe Family Wellness Center and completed her clinical internship at Las Cumbres Community Services. It was during her time at Las Cumbres that she began her work with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and she remained an active member of their DBT consultation team for several years.

Ms. Evans holds certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), and has additional training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She currently works with adolescents and adults, and early in her career she also provided services in infant mental health, incorporating Circle of Security and attachment-based approaches.

Ms. Evans takes a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing the interconnected impact of life experiences, environment, and current stressors on mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She focuses on equipping clients with practical skills to manage emotional distress while fostering insight, acceptance, and meaningful change—ultimately supporting clients in building lives worth living.
